Official
or Diplomatic Travel
- Submit
your
Official
or Diplomatic Passport, must be signed, have at least six
months remaining and one blank visa page
- Letter
from sending Government Department or Agency, addressed to:
Embassy of the Dominican Republic, Visa Section, Washington
D. C.
The letter must explain all of the following:
- Applicant's
name and occupation
- Purpose
of the trip
- Dates
of the trip
- Contact
person in the Dominican Republic
- No application
form or photos are necessary
