US Citizens: Get your Indonesia Official or Diplomatic visa with the TDS Washington DC Office

Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. your passport must have least 6 months validity from the date of entry into Indonesia and must have at least one blank visa page. If your passport does not meet these conditions, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Please send 2 recent professional passport-type photograph.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

Letter from sending department or agency, addressed to:

Embassy of Indonesia, Visa Section, Washington D.C.
The letter must state all of the following:
Name and date of birth;
Applicant's position and title;
Place of assignment or visit;
Purpose of the trip;
Brief descriptionof duties;
Travel date;
Anticipated lenght of stay;
The names, relationships. dates of birth and travel dates of any dependants and other members of household who will be accompanying or joining the principal.
