These requirements are applicable for Non-US Citizens applying for a Kyrgyzstan Business visa in Washington DC
Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 3 months and must have at least one blank visa page. Foreign Embassies cannot issue a visa on a page not labeled as a Visa page. Amendment and Endorsement pages in the back of the passport cannot be used for issuance of a visa. A visa cannot be stamped on a page even if only one Small Stamp is on the visa page. If your passport expires within 3 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

A Photocopy of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid U.S. visa and I-94 is required. Travelers who entered the USA after April 26th 2013 should print the electronic I-94 form from the Department of Homeland Security.
For business purposes - Visa Support Letter is necessary, i.e. special invitation letter obtained from the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek (Please request your Kyrgyz partners, organizations to arrange for visa support by contacting the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

The visa is usually issued for a single or multiple entry for a period of one or three months, for the periods of stay specified on the application. Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued. Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy and is usually processed in 10-12 business days. Rush processing in 3-4 business days is available at additional embassy/consular fees of 100 percent of regular fees.
