If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, TDS can assist you in applying for additional pages.  If your passport expires within 3 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Photocopy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)

You must complete the Online Order Form.

The order form gives TDS your name, address, shipping information and payment method. Multiple applicants can be entered using one order form. You only need to complete one TDS order form per request. Please print two copies of the confirmation page. Include one copy with the documents you ship to TDS and keep one copy for your records.

While completing the online order form in this step, you will be asked how you want to pay TDS fees. You may pay our fees online with a credit card or enclose a personal or business check or money order.

Transit visas are required for all travelers heading to or from Russia or other New Independent States via Belarus (even if the traveler has valid Russian visa or visa of other NIS state)

The Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus has introduced a simplified procedure of obtaining Belorussian guest and business visas by the citizens of Argentina, Bulgaria, Brazil, Great Britain, Hungary, Canada, Slovakia, Uruguay, Chile, Switzerland, South Korea, South African Republic and Japan. Starting from the August 1, 2003 the citizens of the above mentioned states will not need invitations to obtain a visa valid for up to 30 days in Belorussian diplomatic mission abroad. This category if visitors will only need to present a passport, completed application form and a photograph.

Your application will be hand carried to the Consulate, normal processing time is 5-6 business days.
