Passport
Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. Passport must be valid at least 3 months beyond intended stay and must have at least one blank visa page. If your passport is not valid at least 3 months beyond intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Please send 1 recent professional passport-type photograph.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

Proof of Departure
A visa (or copy) for the country you are traveling from/to via Belarus. In case of traveling to countries with no entry visa requirements - copy of the ticket, itinerary from your travel agency or any other document confirming your trip to the appropriate country.
Proof of US Status
Photocopy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)
Additional Document
If you formerly had USSR or Belorussian citizenship, please submit the documents proving the loss of USSR/Belorussian citizenship.

TDS Order Form
You must complete the Online Order Form.
The order form gives TDS your name, address, shipping information and payment method. Multiple applicants can be entered using one order form. You only need to complete one TDS order form per request. Please print two copies of the confirmation page. Include one copy with the documents you ship to TDS and keep one copy for your records.
While completing the online order form in this step, you will be asked how you want to pay TDS fees. You may pay our fees online with a credit card or enclose a personal or business check or money order.

Additional Helpful Information
Term of Validity must comply with term of stay in destination country;period of stay is up to 48 hours.
Medical insurance is required for all foreign citizens traveling to the Republic of Belarus. This medical insurance can be obtained upon arrival at airport and border entry points. More information
Transit visas are required for all travelers heading to or from Russia or other New Independent States via Belarus (even if the traveler has valid Russian visa or visa of other NIS state)
Please note that visas already granted cannot be changed or extended by the Consulate General.
If the applicant's travel arrangements to Belarus change once the visa has been granted, he/she should reapply for a new visa and pay a full consular fee. The previous visa becomes void.
Your application will be hand carried to the Consulate, normal processing time is 5-6 business days.
