Passport
Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 3 months and must have at least one blank visa page. If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, TDS can assist you in applying for additional pages. If your passport expires within 3 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Please send 1 recent professional passport-type photograph.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

Invitation
A copy of the tourist voucher and a copy of the confirmation from a Belarusian travel agency. The host must be officially registered as a tourist operator and its license number included in the confirmation.

Additional Document
If the applicant formerly had USSR or Belorussian citizenship, the documents proving the loss of USSR/Belorussian citizenship should also be submitted.

TDS Order Form
You must complete the Online Order Form.
The order form gives TDS your name, address, shipping information and payment method. Multiple applicants can be entered using one order form. You only need to complete one TDS order form per request. Please print two copies of the confirmation page. Include one copy with the documents you ship to TDS and keep one copy for your records.
While completing the online order form in this step, you will be asked how you want to pay TDS fees. You may pay our fees online with a credit card or enclose a personal or business check or money order.

Additional Helpful Information
Please note that visas already granted cannot be changed or extended by the Consulate General.
Medical insurance is required for all foreign citizens traveling to the Republic of Belarus. This medical insurance can be obtained upon arrival at airport and border entry points. More Information.
If the applicant's travel arrangements to Belarus change once the visa has been granted, he/she should reapply for a new visa and pay a full consular fee. The previous visa becomes void.
