Passport
Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least one blank visa page. If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, TDS can assist you in applying for additional pages. If your passport expires within 6 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Please send 2 recent professional passport-type photographs.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

Proof of Departure
Letter from your employer confirming that the applicant will return back to the USA and will resume his/her duties after the visit to C.A.R. or a letter from the travel agency or airline guaranteeing return or onward air ticket out of C.A.R.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations - International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever required. (Photocopy is acceptable)

TDS Order Form
You must complete the Online Order Form.
The order form gives TDS your name, address, shipping information and payment method. Multiple applicants can be entered using one order form. You only need to complete one TDS order form per request. Please print two copies of the confirmation page. Include one copy with the documents you ship to TDS and keep one copy for your records.
While completing the online order form in this step, you will be asked how you want to pay TDS fees. You may pay our fees online with a credit card or enclose a personal or business check or money order.

Additional Helpful Information
The CAR tourist visa is usually valid for multiple entries for 3 months from date of issue with the period of stay not to exceed 90 days or one year multiple entry valid from the date of issue with the period of stay of up to 90 days per entry.
Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued. TDS can assist with obtaining U.S Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.
Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy and is usually processed in 4 business days.
