Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. U.S passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay and must have at least one blank visa page. If your passport is not valid 6 months beyond your intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport. Photocopy of the first page of your passport is required.

Please send 2 recent professional passport-type photographs.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

Photocopy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)

A copy of the applicants Drivers License is required.

A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Consulate General of Pakistan, Visa Section, Houston TX
The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Letter of invitation on letterhead from a host company or organization in Pakistan. Invitation should detail intended dates of arrival and departure from the country, your name and passport number, and request any special visa conditions (Multiple Entries visa) if required. Fax or scan is accepted.

Please note: The Pakistan Consulate in Houston TX will process visas ONLY for residents of the following states: Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas.

If you do not reside in one of the states listed above, please call TDS for instructions.

Visa processing time can extend beyond 5-7 business days if an approval from Pakistan is required for the Embassy to issue a visa.
Processing times can become lengthy in these cases. At this time Most visas applications require an approval from Pakistan to be issued.

You must complete the Online Order Form.

The order form gives TDS your name, address, shipping information and payment method. Multiple applicants can be entered using one order form. You only need to complete one TDS order form per request. Please print two copies of the confirmation page. Include one copy with the documents you ship to TDS and keep one copy for your records.

While completing the online order form in this step, you will be asked how you want to pay TDS fees. You may pay our fees online with a credit card or enclose a personal or business check or money order.

Please use FedEx Priority Overnight. Do NOT ship "First Overnight." This will delay the delivery of your package.

The Pakistan business visa is usually valid for single entry within three months from date issued, the business visa may be valid up to one year, for a stay not to exceed 30 days.

Former citizens of Pakistan, presenting an old Pakistan passport or National ID card, may apply for a multiple entry visa valid up to 5 years.

Other business visitors may apply for a multiple entries visa, and, at the discretion of the consulate, it may be approved or a double entries visa may be granted instead. Consular fees, once submitted, are non-refundable.

The Embassy of Pakistan advises that the Visa for employees/associates of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO); humanitarian; missionary organizations, may be delayed several weeks. An invitation from the host organization in Pakistan should also be provided.

Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued.

Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy, normal processing time is approximately 5-7 business days once approval has been required by the visa office.
