Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. U.S passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay and must have at least one blank visa page. If your passport is not valid 6 months beyond your intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport. Photocopy of the first page of your passport is required.

Please send 2 recent professional passport-type photographs.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

Photocopy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)

Travelers who are visiting friends and relatives should provide an Invitation Letter from the friends or relatives in Pakistan and a copy of the front and back side of their Drivers License.

A copy of the applicants Drivers License is required.

For children under the age of 12 years old, mothers notarized consent letter conveying no objection to issuance of a visa to her child must be attached with the visa application form.

For children born in the US, please a attach a copy of Father/Mothers Pakistani passport or CNIC/NICOP and childs Birth Certificate.

A Letter of Explanation detailing dates of travel, places of travel and full purpose of travel is required.

Please note: The Pakistan Consulate in Houston TX will process visas ONLY for residents of the following states: Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas.

If you do not reside in one of the states listed above please call TDS for instructions.

Visa processing time can extend beyond 5-7 business days if an approval from Pakistan is required for the Embassy to issue a visa.
Processing times can become lengthy in these cases. At this time Most visas applications require an approval from Pakistan to be issued.

You must complete the Online Order Form.

The order form gives TDS your name, address, shipping information and payment method. Multiple applicants can be entered using one order form. You only need to complete one TDS order form per request. Please print two copies of the confirmation page. Include one copy with the documents you ship to TDS and keep one copy for your records.

While completing the online order form in this step, you will be asked how you want to pay TDS fees. You may pay our fees online with a credit card or enclose a personal or business check or money order.

Please use FedEx Priority Overnight. Do NOT ship "First Overnight." This will delay the delivery of your package.

The Pakistan tourist or visa is usually valid for single within three months from date issued, for a stay not to exceed 30 days.

Former citizens of Pakistan, presenting an old Pakistan passport or National ID card, may apply for a multiple entry visa valid up to 5 years.

Other tourist visitors may apply for a multiple entries visa, and, at the discretion of the consulate, it may be approved or a double entries visa may be granted instead. Consular fees, once submitted, are non-refundable.

The Embassy of Pakistan advises that the Visa for employees/associates of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO); humanitarian; missionary organizations, may be delayed several weeks. An invitation from the host organization in Pakistan should also be provided.

Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued.

Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy, normal processing time is approximately 5-7 business days once approval has been required by the visa office.
