Official/Diplomatic
Travel
- Submit your
U.S. Official or Diplomatic Passport, must be valid for at least
6 months beyond entry date.
- 1 Visa Application
Form, completed and signed
- 2 Passport-type
photographs
- Copy of flight
itinerary showing round trip
- Letter from
sending government department or agency, addressed to:
Embassy
of the Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka
Visa Section
Washington D.C.
The letter
must state all of the following:
- Applicant's
position and title
- Purpose of
the trip
- Dates of
the intended travel
- Contact
person in Sri Lanka

Notes
- The Sri Lanka business visa is usually
issued for a single entry within 90 days provided the
passport remains valid, for a period of stay not exceeding
30 days.
