Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)
- Letter from
sending government department or agency, addressed to:
Embassy of Papua New Guinea, Visa Section, Washington
D.C.
The letter must explain all of the following:
- Applicant's
position and title
- Purpose of
the trip
- Dates of
the intended travel
- Contact person
in PNG
