REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO OBTAIN VISA TO ENTER THE PHILIPPINES
This information applies only to US citizens residing in the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Tourist
Visa (For stay from 21 to 59 days)

- Submit your
valid, signed, U.S. Passport, must have 6 months validity remaining
- 1 Application
form, completed and signed. Signature must be notarized.
- 1 Passport-type
photograph (signature on back required)
- Proof of financial capacity (recent bank statement)
- Copy of travel
itinerary
- Completed
Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)
- A business
letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your
company letterhead and addressed to:
Philippine Consulate, Visa Section
The letter must state all of the following
- The nature
of the business performed
- The name
of the business reference to be visited
- Guarantee
sufficient financial support for the visit
- Guarantee
return transportation to the USA.
- The business
letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.
