REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO OBTAIN VISA TO ENTER THE PHILIPPINES

Tourist Visa (For stay from 21 to 59 days)

Business Visa (for stay from 21 to 59 days)

  • Submit your valid, signed, U.S. Passport, must have 6 months validity remaining
  • 1 Application form, completed and signed. Signature must be notarized.
  • 1 Passport-type photograph (signature on back required)
  • Completed Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)
  • A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
    Philippine Consulate, Visa Section

    The letter must state all of the following
  • The nature of the business performed
  • The name of the business reference to be visited
  • Guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit
  • Guarantee return transportation to the USA.
  • The business letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.

    Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy, and is usually processed in 5 business days.

Fees

  • TDS Service Fee:
    $50.00 Per visa issued in 5 business days

  • Consular Fee:
    $ 30.00 Per Visa - Single Entry valid 3 months for entry
    $ 60.00 Per Visa - Multiple Entries valid 6 months for entry
    $ 90.00 Per Visa - Multiple Entries valid one year
  • Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "Travel Document Systems, Inc." for TDS handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return FedEx.

  • Consular jurisdiction applies to all visas for The Philippines.
  • This information pertains to applicants who are residents of the following states
  • Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming
  • If you do not reside in one of these states, and you are travelling to The Philippines for any purpose, please go back and click on the abbreviation for your state of residence to obtain the correct form and instructions for your visa.
  • (Note: Children 15 years and under, if not accompanied by one parent, must obtain a visa regardless of the length of stay, plus a consent document issued by a Philippines Consulate.
  • Unaccompanied minors age 16 or 17 years or minors under 18 accompanied by one parent must carry a notarized letter of consent to travel signed by the absent parent.)
