of document to prove legal stay in the US (US residents: green
card. Non US residents: valid US visa + I-94 form. Students must
also present the I-20 form).
- Note: Applicants
less than 18 years old: both parents or the legal guardian must
present a copy of their passports, copy of the minor's birth certificate,
a notarized travel authorization signed by both parents or the
legal guardian, proof of legal guardianship (if applicable) and
evidence of financial solvency.
