REQUIREMENTS FOR CITIZENS OF:
Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, China (PRC), Russia and the C.I.S. Countries,
TO OBTAIN VISA TO ENTER SINGAPORE

Tourist Visa

• Submit your Passport (must be valid at least six months beyond the stay)
• 1 Visa Application Form, completed and signed
• 1 Letter of Introduction, completed and signed original
• Proof of legal residence in USA (ie: copy of both sides of Green Card) or valid (H1, F1, J1 etc.) visa in passport.
• 1 passport-type photograph required
• Completed Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)
• Photocopy of confirmed round trip airline tickets required (not itinerary).
• Letter from employer confirming length of employment and vacation dates

• A Letter of Invitation from a Singapore registered company is required. (Letters of Invitation from US companies are not acceptable.)

• purpose of the visit and nature of duties to be performed
• name and address of a reference in the country
• and guarantee of financial support for the visit

• Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "Travel Document Systems, Inc." for TDS handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return Shipping Fee.
