There is no recognized government in Somalia. Travel into and
within Somalia is extremely dangerous. The Department of State
recommends that travelers not go to Somalia.
Daallo, Djibouti, and Yemeni
Airlines operate scheduled international flights between Hargeisa
and Addis Ababa, Sanaa, and Aden. Somalia is 8 hours ahead of
Eastern Standard Time and does not observe daylight saving time.
