Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)
- Copy
of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter from
travel agent confirming dates of travel and that round trip
airline tickets will be issued.
- Copy
of U.S. Resident Alien Card (Green Card) if applicable
- A business
letter of responsibility of required, to be typewritten on
your company letterhead and addressed to:
Consulate General of El Salvador, Visa Section, San Francisco

The
letter should explain all of the following:
- The purpose
of the trip
- Name
and address of company to be visited
- That
financial responsibility and return transportation are guaranteed.

- The El
Salvador tourist or business visa is issued for a single entry,
valid for entry within 30 days of issue date, for stay of
up to 30 days in El Salvador.
- Multiple
entry available for business travelers on specific request.
- Consularized
parental consent letter required for children under age 18
when not accompanied by both parents. Consular fee $20.
