Tourist Visa

• Your valid passport - should be valid at least 6 months beyond the validity of the visa
• 1 Visa Application Form fully completed and signed
• One passport type photograph
• Copy of return or onward tickets or travel agency/airline itinerary
• Copy of U.S. Permanent Resident Card or evidence of current valid visa status in the U.S.
• Evidence of financial support during stay in Turkey - a recent bank statement, or letter from bank attesting financial status
• Letter from Employer verifying employment status and leave of absence

• A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
  
  Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, Visa Section, Washington DC
  
  The letter should explain all of the following
  • The nature of business to be performed
  • Company name and address to be visited in Turkey
  • Guarantee financial responsibility for the applicant, including return transportation to the USA.
