REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO OBTAIN VISA TO ENTER ZAMBIA

Official/Diplomatic Travel

• Submit your U.S. Official or Diplomatic Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• 2 Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed
• 2 Passport-Type Photographs Required
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (Cholera recommended)
• Letter from sending department or agency, addressed to:
  
  
  Embassy of Zambia, Visa Section, Washington DC
  
  
  The letter must state all of the following
• Applicant's position and title
• Purpose of travel
• Dates of the intended trip

Visa Information

• The visa is usually valid for multiple entry for three years from the date issued, for a stay not to exceed 30 days.
