Official
- Diplomatic Travel
- Submit
your U.S. Official or Diplomatic Passport with at least 6
months remaining validity
- 1 Visa
Application
Form, fully completed and signed
- Clear
Photocopy of the Passport
- Two
passport size photographs.
- Completed
Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)
- Copy
of the page of each passport (the page showing the photograph
and applicant's details).
- A letter
from sending government department or agency, addressed to:
Embassy
of Israel
Visa Section
Washington D.C.
The
letter must explain all of the following:
- Applicant's
position and title
- Purpose
of travel
- Dates
of the intended visit
- Contact
person in Israel

Information
- The visa is
usually issued for multiple entry for a period of 2 years
from date of issue, provided the passport remains valid,
for a period of stay up to 90 days.
