International
Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required upon arrival
if traveling from an INFECTED AREA and the traveler is more than
1 year of age.

MALARIA
Malaria exists throughout Sabah (NE Borneo). Note: Malaria
transmission in Malaysia (except Sabah) is largely confined to
rural areas not visited by most travelers. Most travel to rural
areas is during daytime hours, when the risk of exposure is minimal.
