REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO OBTAIN VISA TO ENTER NAMIBIA
TOURIST VISA (Not required for stay of less than 30 days)
- Submit your valid, signed U.S. passport/must have at least 6 months remaining, and contain at least three blank visa pages - not including pages 22,23,24 in a regular passport. Two of the blank pages must be adjoining.
- 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed
- 2 Passport-type color photos (black & white photos are not accepted)
Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
- Completed Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)
Business Visa

Submit your valid signed U.S. passport/must have at least 6 months remaining, and contain at least three blank visa pages - not including pages 22,23,24 in a regular passport. Two of the blank pages must be adjoining.

- A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Embassy of the Nambia, Visa Section, Washington DC.
The letter must state all of the following:

The nature of business to be performed

Business reference in Korea to be visited

Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation to the USA
