By accessing or using this website (this “Site”), you agree to the Privacy Policy set forth herein (this “Privacy Policy”).  This Site is owned, operated, and provided to you (“You”) by Travel Document Systems, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Company”).  Your access and use of this Site and the Services is governed by this Privacy Policy and the Company’s Terms of Use (together, the “Agreements”).  By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreements.  If you do not agree to the terms of the Agreements, you may not access or use this Site.

The Company is committed to safeguarding your personal information.  This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, maintain, and process your personal information.
You and Company agree as follows:
1.  Personally-Identifiable Information.  The Company may collect, maintain, and process personally-identifiable information that you voluntarily provide in accessing this Site (such as your name, company name, address, email address, credit card details (if used on the Site), billing dates and history, login details, the date used to generate your mobile website, and traffic statistics about your mobile website), data related to your Site preferences, and Internet traffic data (as explained in Section 2).  Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, the Company will never collect, maintain, or process personal information about you without your express permission.
