Effective May 12th the Brazilian Government Embassy and Consulate staff workers are on strike. This strike is affecting visa processing in the United States, as of this morning the consulate in New York is completely closed other consulates Traveldocs has contacted in person are open with limited staff. Depending on the length of this strike visa application processing times are going to be impacted.
