Effective April 10th 2019 The Russian Embassy has increased the Russian visa cost by an additional $5 to $203.00. 
Rush or Emergency processing will only be considered for a single entry visa application, double entry, 6 month, 1 year and 3 year multiple entry visas will not be eligible for rush or emergency processing. 


The Russian Embassy announced today new visa fees and processing times for U.S. citizens for all Russian travel visas. These new fees and processing times take effect on March 4th, 2019.

All visas types and validities now have a uniform fee schedule of $198.00, and only one visa processing time will now be officially offered, whereas in the past the embassy offered 3 processing options, Regular 7-9 Business Days, Rush 3-5, and Emergency 1-2. 

Rush or Emergency processing will strictly be offered on a case by case basis by the embassy, a copy of a flight itinerary showing an urgent departure from the USA will be required to be considered for Rush or Emergency visa processing.
