The US Department of State today has ordered the Russian Consulate in San Francisco to close by September 2nd.
TDS is attempting to ascertain the status of any visa applications currently in process within the consulate, we will provide updates as soon as information becomes available.

All passport have been returned by the Russian consulate to TDS.

In addition to the Consulate in San Francisco Two buildings were also order closed one each in Washington DC and New York.
We will provide updates as soon as they become available.

The closures in Washington DC and New York will not effect visa processing.
