Non-US Citizens: Get your Indonesia Business visa with the TDS Houston Office

Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months for single entry or 18 months remaining validity for multiple entry visa and must have at least one blank visa page. Foreign Embassies cannot issue a visa on a page not labeled as a Visa page. Amendment and Endorsement pages in the back of the passport cannot be used for issuance of a visa.
A visa cannot be stamped on a page even if only one Small Stamp is on the visa page. If your passport expires within 6-18 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

A Photocopy of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid U.S. visa and I-94 is required.
Travelers who entered the USA after April 26th 2013 should print the electronic I-94 form from the
Department of Homeland Security.

Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. The Embassy does not recommend purchasing your ticket prior to a visa being issued.

Copy of a valid Drivers License is required.

Letter of Invitation from the host organization in Indonesia is required.

A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Consulate of Indonesia, Visa Section, Houston TX
The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit, if sufficient funds is not stated in the business letter the Consulate reserves the right to ask for a bank statement.
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

You may only apply for a Multiple Entry visa if you have previously visited Indonesia before, you must provide a copy of your previous visa to Indonesia.

There are regions of Indonesia that foreigners are not allowed to visit without written permission of Indonesian authorities. The regions are Maluku, Poso, Irian Jaya, and Aceh. Those wishing to enter these regions must obtain a permit or authorization from the Department of Foreign Affairs in Jakarta. Those visiting Aceh region for work or having activities related to the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency (BRR) must have authorization from BRR before applying for the visa.

The Indonesia visa is usually valid for three months from date of issue, for stay not to exceed 60 days.
Multiple entries visas are available, but the passport must be valid for at least a further 18 months.
The Indonesian visa must be first used within 90 days of the date of issue.
