Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. U.S passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay and must have at least one blank visa page. Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. The Embassy does not recommend purchasing your ticket prior to a visa being issued.
A Photocopy of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid U.S. visa and I-94 is required.
Travelers who entered the USA after April 26th 2013 should print the electronic I-94 form from the
Department of Homeland Security.
If visiting Mali for tourism a hotel confirmation is required.
If visiting friends/family an invitation from the hosts in Mali is required (fax accepted).
Vaccinations - International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever required.

The Mali tourist or business visa is valid from the date of entry listed on your application form, the visas validity can be from 3 Months to One Year from that date, and for multiple entries for a stay not to exceed 30 days on each entry.
Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued.
Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy, and is usually processed in 7-10 business days.
Note: The Mali Embassy is closed to the public on Wednesdays.
