These requirements are applicable for Non-US Citizens applying for a Peru Business visa in Atlanta

Travel Document Systems office in Atlanta can only assist applicant's that reside in the following States: Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina, please provide a clear color copy of your Driver's License as proof of jurisdiction.
Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay and must have at least one blank visa page. Foreign Embassies cannot issue a visa on a page not labeled as a Visa page. Amendment and Endorsement pages in the back of the passport cannot be used for issuance of a visa.
A visa cannot be stamped on a page even if only one Small Stamp is on the visa page. If your passport is not valid at least 6 months beyond your intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.
Please send 2 recent professional passport-type photographs.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

A Photocopy of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid U.S. visa and I-94 is required.
Travelers who entered the USA after April 26th 2013 should print the electronic I-94 form from the
Department of Homeland Security.
Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. The Consulate does not recommend purchasing your ticket prior to a visa being issued.
A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Consulate of Peru, Visa Section, Atlanta, GA
The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
The length of the trip or the earliest possible date of departure (if you travel in May, indicate an approximate date)
The coutry clubs to be visited
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
Letter of invitation on letterhead from a host company or organization in Peru. Invitation should detail intended dates of arrival and departure from the country, your name and passport number, and request any special visa conditions (Multiple Entries visa) if required. Fax or scan is accepted. Invitation Letter MUST be addressed to the Consulate of Peru in Atlanta, GA.
Local Police Record, authenticated by the local County Clerk or any competent authority only, if it is a local police check.

Please note that Consular Officer may request a personal interview by the applicant.

Visa Requirements, processing times, validity of the visa, and Consulate visa fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Your application will be hand carried to the Consulate, and is usually processed approximately in 3-5 business days.

Visas for some nationalities are referred for approval, and can take up to 2 months to process.

In some cases it may be necessary for a sponsor in Peru to obtain Foreign Ministry approval.
