These requirements are applicable for Non-US Citizens applying for a Philippines Business visa in Houston

The Consulate General of the  Philippines in Houston, TX accepts visa applications for residents of the following states, Territories, and Countries:

Consular Jurisdiction: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

If you do not reside in one of the above locations please select a different TDS office.

PassportPassport

Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least one blank visa page. Foreign Embassies cannot issue a visa on a page not labeled as a Visa page. Amendment and Endorsement pages in the back of the passport cannot be used for issuance of a visa.
A visa cannot be stamped on a page even if only one Small Stamp is on the visa page. If your passport expires within 6 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. The Embassy does not recommend purchasing your ticket prior to a visa being issued.

Proof of US StatusProof of US Status

A Photocopy of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid U.S. visa and I-94 is required.
Travelers who entered the USA after April 26th 2013 should print the electronic I-94 form from the
Department of Homeland Security.

Business LetterBusiness Letter

A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Consulate General of the Philippines, Visa Section, Houston, TX
The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Invitation LetterInvitation Letter

You must obtain an official letter of invitation from your sponsor or host. The organization you will be visiting is responsible for obtaining the invitation. This letter must:
Include the dates and length of your stay
Include your name as printed your passport

Your host company in the Philippines MUST request an "Exemption from the temporary suspension of visa issuance" from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Multiple EntryMultiple Entry

You must provide copies of all previous Philippines visas if you are applying for a multiple entry visa.

Former Filipino Nationals and Immediate FamilyFormer Filipino Nationals and Immediate Family

Former Filipino nationals can travel to the Philippines without a visa for a stay of up to one year. Their immediate family (spouse and children) also benefit from this visa waiver when travelling together.

Former Filipino nationals will be required to provide either a former Philippine passport or a copy of birth certificate on entry. Each accompanying family member will be required to carry documents showing proof of relationship:

A copy of marriage certificate for the spouse

A copy of birth certificate or adoption certificate for each child
