These requirements are applicable for Non-US Citizens applying for a Philippines Tourist visa in San Francisco

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic Travel Document Systems is unable to assist with visas for the Philippines, the Consulate in San Francisco is not allowing in person submissions at this time.
The Consulate General of the  Philippines in San Francisco accepts visa applications for residents of the following states, Territories, and Countries:

Consular Jurisdiction: Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Northern Nevada (Carson, Churchill, Douglas, Elko, Esmeralda, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Lyon, Mineral, Pershing, Storie, Washoe, White Pine, Reno), Colorado, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, Northern California (San Jose, Oakland, Fresno, Palo Alto, Sacramento, Stockton, Napa, Union City, San Mateo, Vallejo, Pittsburg)

If you do not reside in one of the above locations please select a different TDS office.

Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least one blank visa page. Foreign Embassies cannot issue a visa on a page not labeled as a Visa page. Amendment and Endorsement pages in the back of the passport cannot be used for issuance of a visa.
A visa cannot be stamped on a page even if only one Small Stamp is on the visa page. If your passport expires within 6 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

A Photocopy of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid U.S. visa and I-94 is required.
Travelers who entered the USA after April 26th 2013 should print the electronic I-94 form from the
Department of Homeland Security.

 

 

Please send a photocopy of a round trip ticket/itinerary in one's name or a signed letter on travel agency stationary.

A copy of the applicant's most recent bank statement showing a minimum balance of at least $300 dollars. It is advisable to erase account numbers.

 

 

Please Send Two Completed and Signed Application Form. Signature on both applications must be notarized.

 

Consular jurisdiction applies to all visas for The Philippines.

This information pertains to applicants who are residents of the following states
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.


Note: Children 15 years and under, if not accompanied by one parent, must obtain a visa regardless of the length of stay, plus a consent document issued by a Philippines Consulate.
Unaccompanied minors age 16 or 17 years or minors under 18 accompanied by one parent must carry a notarized letter of consent to travel signed by the absent parent.)
