Complete, Print, and Sign a Vietnam Visa Application. This application must be completed online.

Choose ENGLISH language (top right corner) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam web site.

Click on “fill form”
Place of visa submission and collection should be VIETNAM EMBASSY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, toward the bottom off the dropdown menu
Do not worry about uploading a photo it’s optional.
Click on “next” and proceed to answer all of the questions about your trip
For U.S. passport type select “ordinary.”
Enter the sponsor information (tourists can use the hotel information)
On the final page of the online application, select VIETNAM EMBASSY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and submit the form.
A PDF will open. Print and sign the PDF send it to Traveldocs.com along with your support documentation.
