As noted by traveldocs in previous blog post Kenya started an e-Visa program on September 1st 2015 this new program has run into many issues and has been modified until the program can be corrected. The new e-Visa will only be issued for single entries into Kenya those requiring a multiple entry visa can apply for the old style hard stamped visa into your passport.

Kenyan also extended the long standing visa on arrival program until the problems with the e-Visa system can be resolved. Although it is recommended to apply for an e-Visa or stamped visa before you travel to avoid long lines at the airport or point of entry on arrival.
